Very reliable - the flowers came in on time with a quick follow-up call from customer service to ensure delivery. Excellent quality - handling and package was done well to withhold any possible shipping troubles and all the flowers were in excellent condition (I would subtract one day from the suggested delivery dates). Variety of choices - compare to other online flower services, this website by far has the most variety of selections (even exotic ones such as my beautiful King Proteas)
